Resilience for studying Art therapy

Intention: Can I continue my journey as an art therapist with resilience?

Attention: Take a few minutes to meditate and ask yourself questions. Focus on drawing and follow your intuition.

Witness: After finishing the drawing, observe it carefully and focus on your own sensations. Have a dialogue with the image and write down your thoughts for 5-20 minutes.

Insight: I discovered that there are opportunities, balance, connection, and abundance in life. Although there are threats, they are not permanent and will pass. To achieve my goal, I need to believe in myself, keep walking, and be resilient. The support and connection from people around me are also important.
