Art therapy

I would like to share with you my personal journey towards mental wellness and my passion for art therapy.

In 2017, I experienced a period of depression after feeling disappointed with my family company's decision for me to quit my job. Despite seeking medical treatment, I still struggled with my mental health until I met my master Phra Phasal Visalo, who guided me to understand my inner self and view external circumstances in a positive light. Through this experience, I learned a valuable lesson and developed a passion for helping others who may be experiencing similar struggles.

My interest in art therapy began in 2020 when I attended an Enneagram workshop that introduced me to Mandala and Zentangle art forms. Since then, I have been practicing and teaching these techniques to others, including my children and students. I have found great relaxation and joy in creating art, and I believe it can be a powerful tool for mental wellness.

For the past four years, I have worked as an Art and Craft Workshop Manager, and during the pandemic, I faced many challenges in my business. However, I found solace in creating art and craft at home, and I believe that art therapy can be a valuable solution for those seeking happiness and peace during difficult times.

With all of my passion, my experiences and my abilities, I am committed to giving back to those in need of art therapy.
